QUARTER BEEF: You can expect approximately 80-100 pounds of high-quality Angus beef in your freezer!
Cuts will consist of approximately 40% ground beef, 35% roasts and savory cuts, and 25% steaks.
You will need 3-4 Cubic Feet of freezer space.
Initial deposit $350 + final payment calculated on actual hanging weight at $4.50/lb plus processing costs.
NOTE: This is for early winter 2024 processing and the steers will be corn-finished, which is different than our typical finish but equally delicious!
